As a member of the Kwakwaka'wakw Nation and next generation of artists in her family...Cheryl carry's on the traditional art forms of her ancestors that was taught to her by her uncles. She continues to study and learn so that she is able to make connections to the rich culture she comes from.
Traditional art forms: Wood carvings, Regalia (button blankets, dance aprons and cedar bark headdresses) and Jewellery.
Contemporary art forms: Clothing applique design and Paper crafts.
